Recurrent training

Hi All ,

I am looking for an info .

Does anybody knows if it is possible to do a recurrent training whithin a foreign airline (non US, not regulated by FAA) approved by the FAA knowing that I will not fly in the US and only for that airline .

I know for a fact that the Canadian Civil Aviation allows that .

Many thanks for your answers
