Sounds like a normal day at JFK.

I don't know who that ground controller is, but I talk to him all the time -- he usually has his sh!t straight. Everyone has a bad day.

Sounds a bit like the famous Abbot and Costello routine - Who's one First.
Guy has a sense of humor which I suspect he really needs in his job.
Someone should be able to make a TV show out this.
