Other questions about visas

Hello,my name's Alessandro and I'm an italian boy thinking about training (and possibly working) in the states. I'm going to earn FAA CPL(IR)+CFI+CFII at a school which can issue j1 visa,by which I'm allowed to train and work legally in the country as a flight instructor for a total lenght of 24 months. My question basically is: once my visa is close to expiration,so I have probably logged some hundreds of hours instructing,is it likely to find a school which sponsors you for a H-1B? Isn't it also an interest of the school to employ an experienced instructor who isn't going to leave his job as an oppurtunity presents? Such type of instructor is dependant from the school because of sponsorship, and so suitable from the school itself.
Thanks for the advices

Cheers
