Have you done a search on here? There's been quite a lot of discussion about that. Also, for visa info go to www.uscis.gov

For someone with your qualifications it is going to be extremely difficult. Student VISAs which allow you to work as a flight instructor are only issued to people who do not already have their licenses. That being said, if you were willing to enroll in a flight school and earn FAA ratings, than you may be able to get around that. You should do a search on here for this topic is discussed regularly.

Good Luck.

The "marriage of convenience" thing is getting noticed. With the huge quantities of illegal aliens flaunting their illegal status' in US citizens' faces, the political climate is turning towards actually enforcing the soverienty of the country and the borders. If you come to the US, it would be good advice to do it totally legitimately and above-board. There are so many US citizen pilots out of work in the US now, that I see zero need to allow work visas for non-citizens.

As an Aussie flying corporate here I can say it is possible, just depends on the amount of $$$ you want to invest in getting the visa to come here.

Its not a short term thing though, if you do come expect to be here for the long haul ( mainly due to the investment in getting the visa and then green card ).

pm me if you want the nitty gritty gamma69.

Remember the USA was built on Immigrants, legal ones though, there are many pilot jobs out here and I hear many different accents flying for the regionals on a daily basis ( some I can hardly understand! ).
