"N" registration

Hello,

I would like to find information about "N" registration. Some foreigners keep the US immatriculation on their airplane and do it by forming a Trust Company; They open a company, pay some fees, and fly the plane anywhere in the world.
Does somebody have some info on how, where to do it, companies addresses, costs....
Thanks

Plenty of adverts in Pilot Magazine for companies who will guide you through this process.

Pick a long running reputable company and be aware that the company that you select will form the Trust for you and the Trust will own the aircraft as a seperate legal entity (technically and legally not you ! ).

Out of curiosity, what are the advantages of N-reg for a non-North American?
