Mogas STC availability?

Is there an STC available for the use of mogas in a PA23-250 Piper Aztec with Lycoming IO-540-C4B5 engines? I have tried searching on the Internet. I have found references to Aztecs with such an STC but none of them indicate where this may be obtained or have any contact information. I have also asked Petersen Aviation, the EAA and the Piper Flyer Association but they have not heard of one. Perhaps one of the smaller suppliers of mogas STCs has one available for the Aztec?
Over the past decade or so the former choices of Avgas grade have become a Hobson’s Choice of 100LL fits all. Even the supply of this has been precarious at times. Now there is a serious shortage developing in some parts of the world. It seems to be wise to prepare for the future and look at alternative fuels. Using mogas would seem to be the best and most cost-effective solution.
I will appreciate any advice.

I am not aware of ANY mogas STCs for the IO-540, being as it is a high-compression engine.
