How can I became in a tankerpilot?
Hello,
I´m Nicolas, a live in Argentina, and I´m a private pilot with VFR and HVN license. Someone in this forum can tell my how can I became in a tankerpilot, yes yes, thous fire pilots. I would like to recive more information about how I can fly for some organization or company working in that, in the future. Please, if someone have that information, plase let my know, I will be very intresting in that, thanks, bye bye, have good flights!!!

You picked the wrong country to apply for a job as a pilot. We have so many unemployed pilots here competing for a job.

You will need US licenses and an airframe and powerplant license as well for most of those jobs.

Ok people, thanks for the messenger abou how I can became in a tankerpilot, I know that I´m young and that I don´t have much experience, but I would like to know if there are some flight school or organizations that give some courses about it, like a flight school but for tankerpilots, if exists something like that, please someone let me know about it. And I would like to know if thouse pilots earn some salary or if is it some kind of voluntire job?, thanks and bye bye,I see you next, bye

They get paid, no volunteers.

Used to require a fair bit of flight time and mechanics ratings.

Never heard of a school for it, but you could always ask some of the operators what they are looking for.
