Wink Pilot Training Record Question?

Yes i'm not fimilar with the FAA rules as i live in canada and did all my flight traiing up here... I know when i did my training i used a

Pilot Training Record - PTR for short that listed all my flight hours and exersise to give back to Transport canada

My question what does on for the FAA look like and what is it called.. if anyone can give me a copy of one that would be ausome as i'm loking to start my traiing and just wonderint what stuff is differetn than canada
