JAYWAYS HNL help!!

I have been offered an interview for the JALWAYS HNL First Officer position.

Could anyone answer any of these questions as I have to make a decision very soon.

1. Average Pay per month (including overtime etc)
2. Do they get you home to your country for days off?
3. Can you move your family to HNL if your not US citizen?
4. Time to command?
5. Which is the better agency to go with? IASCO etc
6. DO you only fly with expat pilots?
7. What are the flight attendants like???????
8. Do they provide hotel accomandation in HNL once online
9. How is this job for commuting?
10.Tax issues?
11. Do you only fly the passenger aircraft?
I know lots of posts have been on this forum, but no really specific answers. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
