Would any of you in North America know whether or not Avcraft are still trading? I am aware that the Avcraft/Dornier connection has gone insolvent however I am curious as to the status of the operation remaining in the USA. I note that the website www.avcraft.com seems to be inaccessible/ now from Europe.
Any tips as to their status would be appreciated, either on here, or by PM if you prefer.

I am bumping this message back to the top to see if it rings any bells over there?
One of the directors of AVCRAFT found himself staying as a guest of the German Government last July to answer some difficult questions and since then the company, and said director, seem to have disappeared off the radar.
I have a valid reason for my enquiry and would be grateful for any updates.

these guys operate a bunch of the aircraft and i think may know about who is the go to person for the mfr. contact
