Depends on the type, and the equipment anticipated.
14CFR121 with jet equipment, from scratch...$1.5mil and 18 months, but it can be expedited, if you know how...

My question has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with WAL!!

Last I heard the aircraft was somewhere in South America for a "C" check or something.

So can you answer my question now please? LOL
