Southwest Airlines / Getting the interview

Does anybody know how procedures have changed with Southwest Airlines after they began using the online application system? Is it now totally hour based who gets called for an interview and who doesn't?

I can imagine having the 737 Type is a big plus and will speed up the process, but how much?

I am a mil guy in the low end hour wise (1800 jet pic, 2500 total) Is there any chance I can land an interview w/o the type? What about with the type? Most gouge I see on the net is written by guys with far more hours.

Any statistics on percentage of guys getting the interview who actually gets hired?
