I visit http://www.jfktower.com/jfktwr/index.php on a daily basis. Not too much technical stuff, but still a nice little site.

Road Atlas,
The National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) has a public BBS at http://www.natca.net (the link to the public BBS is on the lower right side) where pilots can post questions to controllers and to pilots (since we have many controllers who are pilots too).
You will have to sign in using a valid email address.
We hope to see you on NATCAnet.

I came across www.V1rotate.com
seems like a nice site with a major focus on North American ops.
happy browsing
NB: PPRune remains my most preferred read
