What do you think about pilot-job-online websites?
Some of them must be charged for admission. I'm not sure about the efficiency of them. I'm still perplexed to pay to find a job but I'm perhaps wrong.
Yours experiences would be appreciated, your advices as well.

If there are no jobs to start with, I dont see why paying someone who is in front of a computer is going to help you much.

In fact I applicated for a corresponding advert and in response, I was asked to subscribe on line without forget to give my credit card number.
I'm not sure that process completely honnest.
Moreover, does anyone give me feedback on Rishworth Aviation.
I'm willing to have a job with them and I'd appreciate to get more information.

As a general principle, it can't be a good idea for a job-seeker to pay one of these sites. The site then would be in the position of being paid for keeping you on its books, which is great for them, and very bad for you.

An employment agency of any sort is there to find a suitable employee for an employer who isn't able or willing to do the search themselves. At the moment in aviation, any employer just needs to mention in passing that there may be a job on offer in the near future, and they're swamped with suitable applicants. This in itself may be a problem, as they may not have the manpower to sift through them all, thus they may still be tempted to use an agency, at least to give them a shortlist.

The benefit to the employer is that the agency does the advertising, and filters the applicants. This is all to the employer's benefit, and it it they who should pay the employment agency.
