But to see your colleagues taking action, and if successful, might have a domino effect around the network. If so, that must also be in management's thinking.

KL/AF have their own problems such as filling their huge long haul fleet and competing with Lufthansa and BA, and they went through a series of very expensive strikes themselves not too long ago.

I guess, every little bit helps, but I seriously doubt that champagne corks are flying around in boardrooms in Amsterdam or Paris just because a few tiny orange A319s are not flying for 1 day out of 365.
