Yep tonytylor and morever vueling pilots live in a cave, with no light, they eat insects, they drink rain water and when they go to work they do the pushback by themselves :p

stand up
It looks it is time for the Vueling pilots to unite, get behind their union, stand up and fight for what they deserve, with the profits Vueling has. It is time to take back what it yours. Who is taking the responsibility out there on the line? Meanwhile the IAG executives are laughing their way to the bank, on your hard work. Vueling pilots who are not leaving, be strong and firm. As a collective you can.

VLG is a bad deal to start with if you come from a flight school without hours, then the progression is (albeit not at some other operators' standards) not SO bad. There is more than meet the eye, something that you don't find in the likes of RYR or eJ. Horses for courses. Yes there is HUGE room for improvement and that's what VY/SEPLA is fighting for right now but with posts like Iver's none will ever go too far. Stop paying attention to this character, folks.
