cabin crew conditions
 

hi there
can anyone shed some light on the working conditions of cabin crew my daughter has applied to cityjet and im curious should she take the job there to be at home or the job offer she gas in british airways any help would be great her mam was cabin crew years ago but times have changed just interested and are they treated fairly if based with cityjet:hmm:

Go to BA everytime...Nothing against CJ but the opportunities in BA will be far more rewarding

I would agree with Redline, unless you're not looking to make a career out of it, so for the long term BA would be preferred. If you're only thinking of doing the job for a short period cityjet is a good option. The (starting) pay is probably better @cityjet than @BA. I don't actually know BA's cabin crew pay but since cityjet pays more than AF/KLM I only assume it would also be more than BA, especially since you get payed in the nice&strong euro @cityjet. In the long run the pay @BA will of course be better than cityjet's...

BTW, I think you'll get better/more response if you post your question in the cabin crew forum...

Can any experienced year one first officers pm me with an average monthly salary? Also what are the upgrade chances and requirements.

So nobody has had any tech questions in the interview then? I was expecting a grilling on wing anhedral and the like! :ok:

And I too was invited for aptitude tests first, with an interview at a later date, again in LCY with any sim ride being in DUB after that
