Hi there, I am currently flying on the B737 F/O in Slovakia, and looking for a contract in UK. Can I be paid offshore or do I need to pay UK tax? How easy is it to find a good contract through these agencies?

Be very careful cz737! :}

Offshoreing your wages out of the UK without the taxman knowing is illegal unless you have a very creative accountant :E and a penchant for gambling with your finances.

The UK taxman has his sights set on pilots and agencies this year to clamp down on this :(.

If you want to sleep well steer clear of anyone who claims to be able to pay you offshore - they are sharks playing roulette with your finances (never mind appealing to your avarice).
