Easyjet part time

Some time ago, I asked about the 75% and 50% rosters.

I´m still confused. How is that 100% of the work in 75% of the time?

What happens with annual leave days if you work part time?

Anybody could help me?

I´m not too fast with this one...

anyone with parttime experience at easyjet

Dear easyjet pilots,

Does anyone of you have parttime or know someone within Easy who has parttime?

I am particularly interested in how parttime contracts are executed?

Is someone who has a 75% contract only allowed to fly a maximum of 0,75 * 900 = 675 blockhours a year or does one still fly up to maximum of 900 blockhours a year, even with parttime?

How is parttime distributed? E.g. for 75% parttime, is it like one week per month OFF, or is it like 3 months per year OFF, or is it more like a couple of days here and a couple of days there?

Thank you all very much and happy landings;)

I have heard that an ej part-time roster (75%) works more than a Tfly full-time roster!

Let's keep the can of worms regarding best utilisation of pilots closed! :ok:

Following limitation apply:

50%:
1,080 Duty hours and 490 flying hours per consecutive 365 days / crew member will be planned to have a maximum of 10 working days in each 28 day roster period

75%:
1,560 Duty Hours and 700 flying hours per consecutive 365 days / crew member will be planned to have a maximum of 15 working days in each 28 day roster period.

Itaqhua, thank you for the info.

Now, do you know what´s the pay schedule for those cases?

Thanks again..

Itaqhua.

Surely that can't be right. 15 days work in 28? I do 16 days in 28, full time.

How many days off per 28 days in Easy for full time pilots?

Itaqhua 16th May 2007 05:48

Full time:
You work a patern of 21 weeks, consisting of 17 weeks of: 5 earlies; 3 days off; 5 lates; 4 days off; then 4 weeks of flexible rostering

Part time 75 or 50:
You work in a 28 day pattern

Do the maths yourself...
