I think everyone there is friendly! But to be honest I wouldnt walk around BOM in the daytime let alone 10pm. I can only speak for DEL and BOM but if I had to live in India again please put me up in the Himilayas so I would think I am back in Colorado!! lol.

To be honest u have to be patient in India - the infrastructure is way below standard, but I know of western pilots who want to marry and settle down in India (BOM) on a permanent basis.
