There is also a significant number of management pilots in Norwegian that are ex Ryanair. There are also a number of Captains, LTCs and TREs operating there, of which none did a sim check between 2013/2014 joining Norwegian as FOs. At that time no ex Ryanair recruit had ever failed an OCC course. There was others that did.

If you scan back through years and years of pprune threads, the most common factor that causes people long term problems is not being at a base you want to be in. Can be a very lonely life in a cheap B&B, no matter how healthy the bank balance.
