There is also a significant number of management pilots in Norwegian that are ex Ryanair. There are also a number of Captains, LTCs and TREs operating there, of which none did a sim check between 2013/2014 joining Norwegian as FOs. If you scan back through years and years of pprune threads, the most common factor that causes people long term problems is not being at a base you want to be in. Can be a very lonely life in a cheap B&B, no matter how healthy the bank balance.
