mermoz13 19th Jan 2018 12:35

HI Guys, Anybody has passed interviews ? any help would be appreciated about tests and interview with Chief Pilot

Pilotmed 19th Jan 2018 15:52

Assessment

The rest depend for which position and aircraft you are applying for !

mermoz13 19th Jan 2018 16:41

I’m applying to Airbus positions
Is there any ATPL questions or just about Airbus ?
During interview with chief pilot, will he also ask for technical questions ?

Pilotmed 19th Jan 2018 17:28

Assessment

Rated or not rated ?
Expect some aircraft questions if you are rated. During the interview with chief pilot, he may will ask you some ATPL and aircraft questions.

A319 DE CPT depends on the entry level. Don’t dream to fly more than 80 in August, less the other months.

Hello, I have my interview in January 2019, maybe you an give me some tip about the assessment day !! I´m type rated A320 with 225H.
Thank you in advance

mermoz13 12th Dec 2018 17:48

Hi,
it should be as per below :
- psychometric test (basic question of personality)
- A320 knowledge test (you can find questions database on www.smartcockpit.com)
- HR interview with standard questions like (tell me about you, strength, fails, describe you in 3 words etc etc)
- Chief Pilot interview (with some CRM questions like how would you react in a particular situation with a rude captain, review your minima and limitations)
- sim on fixed base simulator, flying skill difficult to assess as the FBS is a **** but know by heart your procedures, memory items

good luck

manolotelo 13th Dec 2018 16:08

Thank you , really appreciate :)
