New recruitment
New screening will start around the end of september, according moroccan dca availability.
But the company is still a big ****! Contract not respected and several illegal acts. Captains are pushed to fly or are fired without notice. One first officer left and more soon |

Company is flying 4 old 72-200 poorly maintained.
Several items on technical log without answer. One Cpt scared to loose his job flow with engine fuel leak..... and is the previous safety post-holder...... The new ones is even worst..... Last year knew of 4 highly experienced guys who were screened in TLS,all FAILED!!!! One guy not flown for 18 months and I know him PASSED FLYING COLOURS, Conditions AWEFUL Contract complete FARCE, Management mickey mouse led! If you are desperate dont entertain them,market picking up big time, Me Capt ATR good job,not embittered just telling you guys the TRUTH. |

Flew for RAM under an agency contract in 1990. A lot of the points of concern in this thread are identical with those that existed then. Rest periods between max duty flights was a huge problem, sometimes working out to 7 hours chock to chock. Transport back to hotel from Anfa Airport in the small hours was painful and often the wait for a taxi was 1 - 2 hours. I resigned early from my contract without another job due to RAM contract breaking on the transport.
I don't think RAM can be trusted. Contract means nothing to them. |
These guys are in the process of phasing out all the 734s, 735s and the A321s.
Another 763 also left the mainline fleet. They just unilaterally forced off 20 Moroccan pilots to sign a RAM express contract or leave. Also over a hundred Cadet pilots are in the training process. And the so called "Association" is looking to upgrade senior F/Os on the ATR. It just makes one wonder, where is this shortage coming from ?:E |
