Capital Trading T&Cs

Hi guys and girls:)

Any Capital flight crew (past or present) would care to give me an insight on salary, roster, general opinions. Thinking mainly of piston captains. Are they a good, friendly stable company? Do they get the thumbs up or down? Any information greatly received, sooner rather than later. PM me if you would rather keep it private.

Thanks in advance:ok:

A fantastic company to work for. I worked there for just over a year about 6 years ago.
Malcolm is a very fair boss, the aeroplanes are kept in absolute mint condition and the flying is varied.
Downside- You won't be going out and buying yourself a Porsche working for Capital. The money is OK but it is certainly a "stepping stone" outfit.:ok::ok:

As long as you don't want much time off and are prepared to sell your soul to Lisa then you will be fine:{

I think that they also want three months notice which is quite a lot. It may well hamper you if you are using them as a stepping stone to the airlines. Most similar outfits just need a month or so's notice. This has put me off them somewhat.
