Hello everybody out there!!

I am looking for info about BMI Baby and I've been looking around the site without finding too much.

Therefore I decided finally to submit my first posting :O

I'm looking for info about work schedules, salery, work atmosphere, management-crew interaction and overall....is it a nice place to be :confused:

I will be gratefull for all the answers I can get ;)

Baby terms and conditions similar but less than those of Orange persuasion.

Rostering under review but presently mainly 4 sector days (some 6!) and SBY seems to come in blocks rather than singles. 5 & 2 pattern.

Morale okay, there are some unhappy, some happy, its an airline! This seems to depend on base, we are generally happy at CWL.

5 & 2?

Does that mean you get the same two days off every week, or do they rotate it somehow? Otherwise a chosen few would get all the weekends off.

Hi Guys,

I too would be very keen to hear from more guys regarding the situation in the pram. Can anyone else shed any additional light to that shown above - perhaps from other bases too?

Would also be interested to hear how a 5 on, 2 off pattern works without getting the same 2 days off every week!
