Does anybody heard about the Company "BONAIR excel" who's supposed hiring at the mooment into Caribbean?
Is that true that they are looking for EMB145 Pilots rated?

Hi,
Yes its true they are looking for ATR and EMB pilots. Their address can be found on KLM webpage. I was invited for interview last month but I said no, their salary sucks big time. Basic salary less than 2000 euro and almost no per diems. Yearly experience allowance less than 30 euro for max 10 years.
Social welfare even pays better.
So IŽll wait for something better to come up some day.

Heard the same stories, salary, perdiems, looks like it's all true.
Ain't it possible to find a flying job in the Carribean with decent salary? Looks like one always has to choose between location and money.

Bonair Excel is a joint venture between Air Excel and local companies on the Netherlands Antilles island of Bonaire. They have 1 ATR 42 and 1 ERJ 145 from Air Excel. They will launch services to Aruba, Curacao, St Maarten, and Barcalona in Venezuela.
