Question Has CAP 371 been amended yet?

Having read through FODCOM 12/2001 (proposal to amend CAP371) and the follow-up FODCOM 29/2002 I'm curious to know if/when this amendment has/will take place?

Anyone any idea what the current 'state of play' is?

There are a few changes which should make rostered life a little more bearable

Cheers,

TFS

Just found this on the GAPAN website -

Flight Time Limitations.

The Committee noted with concern that Capt. Chapman, Head of Flight Operations CAA had indicated that the CAA would not introduce the proposal of a rolling 7 day duty limitation and would withdraw the proposal to eliminate the anomaly concerning early starts following a European slip.

Anyone know any more?
