Productivity Pay

Gentlemen, in the current aviation biz, it seems that productivity payment based on an hourly rate has become a norm. The airline i work for pays the pilots a fix sum from 0 hours to 80 and after 80 hours the figure jumps almost 4 folds. But there is also a different rate for Captains and Fo's, where they are paid half of the captains rate. We have a new collective agreement coming up soon, so i was wondering what sort of productivity payment u guys get, and are there any differents between the left and right seat. There are some of us who feel that the rate should be the same.
