Ryanair - for buzz pilots

So, as the information about Ryanair and Buzz is all speculatition at the moment, can any Ryanair piltos enlighten us as to what to expect, with regard to salary, allowances, rosters, leave etc?

As the mention of Ryanair usually turns a thread into a slanging match, can we just leave it as a 'this is what I do, this is what I get thread', and leave all the insults for another day.

I think it is great news for Buzz pilots.

Congrats - you now have job security and you will fly Next-Generation airplanes! Sure, you have to put-up with crap management, but at least you will be flying!!!!!
