I've only dealt with Malev Express, but they seem like a very good bunch of folks. Their Chief Pilot is a true gentleman and professional who expects the same from his employees. All of the employees that I have dealt with seem very happy and excited about their prospects.
Pay wise they didn't seem to have complaints, but I have no idea what sort of actual money they are making.
