Thumbs up How is it to work for Ryan?

Could some of you Ryan pilots out there share some info. on how it is to work for Ryan.
Entry salary for experienced 737 pilots , time to upgrade ,training,
can you commute and how would it compare to i.e. Southwest
BA and Easy?

It looks like I have to make a few phonecalls.No respons on how it is to work for Ryan!
I tought this was a hot subject.
But "anywho" , I would still love to get some comments on this .
