Hi all,
Could anybody shed some light how is TUI based in AMS nowadays? Money, roster, commuting opportunities, fleet transfer and command time.

Thanks

Hello
The full contract, complete with all its thrilling terms and conditions, is publicly available online and completely free to read. The only tiny obstacle is that it’s written in Dutch. Fortunately, thanks to the modern miracle known as AI, language barriers are now more of a gentle speed bump than an actual problem.

just search on google “CAO VLIEGERS TUI FLY NEDERLAND”

Having worked for many years for a notable neighbour in Amsterdam I can only caution you on joining any Dutch airline.
You will soon realize that you're an outsider, they will alienate you in the workplace. And our job relies on some form of communication to get the job done.
Not going to share here the second hand stories I heard about their CRM, could be true or could be false. You can of course risk it and tell us later.
But if you dont have a job, then go for it. It almost better than staying without flying.
Do not confuse TUI netherlands/belgium with TUI UK or Scandinavia, nothing to do with each other in terms of company culture.
