Does anyone know anything about this lot they completely take over Flight International Careers page and are offering huge amounts of money Is it a scam

I used to work for them a couple of years ago. They are definitely not a scam, although they use a lot of "marketing traps" to lure people in, so make sure you read the fine print before accepting a job.
Sometimes they can be a bit to "pushy and annoying" until you accept a job. Be sure they will be calling you frequently to "touch base" with you.
On the positive side, their medical insurance is very good and they help you with the assessment.
