Anyone know if Jet 2 are planning to put airbus aircraft into Bristol anytime soon?

With easyJet securing a ~20% pay rise over the next 3 years, with 17% from April 24 for year 1, will the pay arms race continue? Jet2 need Airbus rated people, especially trainers.

Is the 17% included in the the 20% 3 year deal? Or is it 17% plus a further 20% over the next three years?
