Region Air

Does anyone have any information or first hand knowledge of what is going on with a carrier called Region Air. They are a SIN based carrier. I received an email from their recruiter asking me if I was interested in joining them. I can't find out anything about them. The only thing I could find was an old add in "Flight International" looking for various narrow body Capts (MD-80,A-320).
