BA Ground Instructor job (TKI)

I see BA have vacancies for TKIs. Does anyone happen to know the approximate pay for a former CRMT/Pilot? No indication on their Website.

Was looking at an SFI position and then the BA job popped up. Does anyone have an opinion on working for BA these days?
