Eurowings Europe
Hi guys,
Does anyone have any insights on how are the working conditions for captains in Eurowings Europe?
Roster pattern? OFF days?
How many hours per year?
Commuting options?
How does the company treat employees?
Other benefits like staff travel with LH or partners?
Shifting form one base to another?
Overall lifestyle value versus competition like Easyjet, Lauda, Wizzair?
Anything that comes to mind will be appreciated
Cheers

I believe there is some info uploaded on the https://www.pilotbase.com/ website (you might need to register to access their database fully).

I don‘t have al the answers, but I do know that commuting is difficult/near impossible as they have a random roster. If you are planning to fly parttime it may be possible.
From the start you can buy standby tickets for Eurowings flights (EW Europe and EW Deutschland, and maybe even EW Discover)
After 6 months you can buy stafftickets for LH, LH group airlines and many others.
EW threats it’s staff fair, but rumour has it that the pay in PMI and PRG is poor. I haven’t seen the pay for ARN but I don’t expect it to be much better.

Thanks Alrosa, but I haven’t found much over there.
Do they follow some roster pattern like in Ryanair or is it completely random? Especially blocks of days off.
