Beyond the 6 5000 job-losses announced, and the current wage-freeze, Air France is seeking to make further savings. It is proposing to reduce annual holidays by four days for flying personnel and three days for ground staff: also proposing to integrate the 13th month's pay into basic salaries (may benefit staff in periods like now when the government is paying furlough wages )AF cannot impose these changes, they must be accepted by the unions.
