Help with info on BACE

BACE have advertised in flight for Direct entry Captains onto the ATP, there is very little info, could anyone possible tell me a few things such as the starting slalary, routes, flight pay and possibly what the general feeling is at BACE. I know it takes time to post a reply but I'd like to make an informed choice, or email if thats easier.
