A "reliable source" has advised that most staff are on a 20% to 30% pay cut. Surprisingly the Jet Pilots (Emb 145/170) have been notified that they are on a zero hours contract from last week. No negotiation or consultation just an email notification. Not good.

Pilots are a commodity, like fuel,aircraft,offices etc. The most expensive gets shown the door first. you must have been living under a rock the last six months.
