Not sure if it is fair nor helpful to shoot down someone accepting a package the next guy deems inferior..
For one. I am always grateful for some real numbers. Give me facts, then I can decide if I can accept that or not.
Secondly, we are all in different situations. What if you just really like Athens, your partner lives there etc. I don't think it is anyones business wether a package is acceptable for someone else or not. By all means, give alternative viewpoints ( like the above Naples figure), then again let everybody decide for themselves.
And don't blame each other, it is a free market, nothing we as individuals can change anyway.
Never forget: whatever is acceptable for you might again be unacceptable for the other. I would not like to fly for either Easy nor Aegan frankly. Where to draw the line then, where is the objective theshold? Wherever your own minimum is?

Absolutely. And of course it makes perfect sense to be at Aegean if you want to live in Athens. Or at Vueling if you want live in Barcelona. Or at Wizz if you want to be in Warsaw.
But it is a completely different thing to claim that those salaries, to be a legacy airline Airbus captain flying 800 hours a year in Europe in 2026 is a good salary.
