Allowance/Flight Pay

As I am out of the loop would someone give me an idea of duty pay and/or allowances paid these days. We are talking European Jet operator ie Easy or Wizz - something like that. Thanks.

As it is in Europe... you mean allowances as in salary or as in pay to fly?
