Regional Jet Estonia

Hi all,
I have a selection day coming up for Regional Jet in Estonia. It is for a non type rated DEC position on the CRJ. I am currently operating in Africa and keen to get back to Europe.
Can anyone provide any information on the selection or ATPL technical test? I have searched the forum but cannot get any real information.
Thank you all.

Hi.
Did you get any answer to your questions or would you be able to make a feedback if you went through? I'm concerned in a few days.
Thanks.
Franck

For any unrated captains considering this : reduced salary for 2 years . 1500 euro X 24 months = 36000 euro
Plus 555 euro per month bond X 36 months = 19980
So all in all 55800 euro cost for a type rating

Normally the bond only needs to be paid if you leave early. So where do you stay for the 3 years, you pay "only" 36000 for the TR, right? If you leave early, the bond kicks in, right? So the bond is not paid on top of the 36000, right?

The point is they are charging you 1500 a month for it AND bonding you . It’s a little Machiavellian I think .
if you stay 2 years you pay them 36 k and then you need to pay another 6 k bond to them .

Yeah, they've been known to try these tricks of bonding AND reducing salary, in effect making you both pay for the rating and be bonded at the same time, instead of either one or the other. And unfortunately, some people have fallen for it as well.
