Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone would be able to shed any light on what its like to work for Air Baltic on the A220, things like roster, overnights, what Riga itself is like to live in and just general opinions on the company
does the company have good morale? what sort of hours could be expected in a year things like that.

I understand the selection involves an assessment of your ability to do simple IT tasks, like searching on a forum board, in preference to starting two additional threads within a week.
