Self Employed pilot in UK

Hello guys and girls,

I had a question to the contractor pilots out there. (IT IS NOT RYR)

The airline with EU AOC is interested in employing me on a short notice. Typical summer operational reasons ..summer season, need for pilots etc. Normally I would avoid self employed route, but the arrangment is rather sweet for both of the parties. Can someone give me an advice on how to go about all of this? I believe RYR pilots created a whole industry of agencies who specialise on contractor pilots. Being not experienced in this matter and being pushed into the contract I really would like to take my time with a specialist company to discuss the potential arrangement of setting it all up and studying the contract together.

If someone know a company like that, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!
