Can anyone shed some light on captains rosters and expected salary in Palma.

How does the 8 months flying, 4 months quiet period work. Is basic salary the same all 12 months?

If it's the same kind of deal as the 70% contract you will get paid every month but 8/12ths of the full basic salary.
