Stobart assessment

Evening guys, I have been offered an interview with Stobart after a phone call(nice and friendly) with an HR and a Pilot. Offered the position on the E195..coming from the corporate wonderland its a big step for me so any advice and consideration on this company would be much appreciated

thanks in advance n fly safe

I am not in a position to offer direct advice as I work with them indirectly via another medium but from what I know and also been told they are a great company to work for. Expect to know everyone from the receptionist to the CEO. Are you coming with a fresh ATPL or are you experienced? Lots of opportunities on the E-Jets with the services for BE, BACF and now KLM.

Im pretty seasoned in Corporate aviation flying Gulfstreams and Challengers around, first airline gig though, so pretty much trying to get the feeling and see what to expect, i definitely know they are 2 completely different environments... so will need to do some reading on the management .. thanks
