Turkish Airlines and Taxes in Turkey

Hi

I read somewhere that Turkish airlines pilots' salary is taxed based on some special criteria, making it a mere 5 (or 10%). This would otherwise have been 35% based on the tax bracket.

Can anyone confirm this, and if there any written document somewhere?

Thanks

5% salary, 95% per diem, which aren't taxable.
At least that was the way to do it when I was there.
