In a nutshell:

4% pay rise (Inflation NL 2015-2017: 2,33%)
1 day less work/ 1 more off for 737/EMB pilots per 28 days cycle. However 2,5 off days per year go back to the company.
0,3 days more off for Long haul pilots per trip.
PVG to be flown with 3 pilots in stead of 4.
On long haul KLM is not allowed anymore take back assigned off days, which was agreed in the 2015-2017 CLA.
More flexibility for the company to use external resources (sim/TRI) for training.
More influence on your work/life balance using better roster request methods.
Agreement to look in a more modern, flexible and cost efficient pilot career scheme.

Mind you, in the 2015-2017 CLA KLM Pilots handed in 12%. Furthermore, KLM will continue to give best effort to deliver promises from the past CLA (chair on board of directors and stocks for pilots)
