Hi guys, wondering if anyone is on the floating base contract with SPA as CAPTAIN?
would be interested how the roster works out? And salary? Social security? Pension? Taxes?
leave? how is the training?

What we learned from the previous discussion
- firstly, you need to understand it's not 20:10.
- the money is not the same as on the coloured leaflet.
Some more digging:
- the nominated base is LCA, the Soc. Security deductions done accordingly.
- get acquainted with the Double-taxation treaty between CYP and your country of tax residence.
Rumors:
- Once winter arrives, the company has a history of dis-respecting the arrangements agreed over/prior to the summer season.
